What should we pay attention to when using the tension tester?

The tension testing machine is used to test various materials such as tension, bending, extrusion, peeling and shearing, so as to enhance the performance of products. So, what should we pay attention to in the process of using the tension testing machine?

1. Before the test machine is turned on, the upper and lower limit devices must be adjusted to the appropriate position and tightened; the mechanical limit devices are generally positioned by fixtures, so that fixtures do not collide.

2. If the upper and lower limit devices are not adjusted to the appropriate position, the sensor or fixture will be damaged and the test machine will be paralyzed and unable to work. Please operator remember! Check the location of the limit device before use, whether it is suitable and tightened.

3. If there is out of control or misoperation, please press the emergency stop switch quickly, then press the stop key and turn the emergency stop switch right to reset the emergency stop switch.

4. After boot-up, if the monitor or computer software can not drive the machine to run, it should check whether the emergency stop key is in the stop state.

5. When the sample is clamped and cleared, the test should be carried out by pressing the "running" key instead of the "rising" or "falling" key. Otherwise, the machine can not determine the signal of pull-off and shutdown, which will also lead to the damage of clamp or force sensor.

6. Non-trainees are forbidden to operate the machine. They are forbidden to dismantle the machine without authorization. It is forbidden to use hard objects to collide with force sensors. Otherwise, the accuracy of sensors will be too large or damaged.
