1. Main Function
The LS falling sand abrasion tester is used to test the wear resistance of organic coatings under standard conditions. The wear resistance of the coating on the test panel is indicated by the amount of wear per unit film thickness. The instrument is tested in accordance with US industry standards ASTM D968-83 and JG/T133-2000. This instrument uses sand that meets the standard requirements and can be ordered separately.
