1. Main Function
Comply with Chinese national standard GB18380.1_2001 "Combustion test of cable under flame condition Part I: Test method for vertical burning of single insulation or cable", equivalent to IEC60332-1. It is suitable for measuring non-flame retarding properties of single plastic wire, control, cross-linking, elevator, marine, mining cable, etc. It can also be used for vertical combustion test of high self-extinguishing low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin insulation and 105 °C low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant olefin irradiation insulation.
2. Features
This device can automatically ignite and turn off the test flame, automatic timing, automatic end of the test, high accuracy, easy operation and so on. The equipment consists of control box, combustion box, propane combustion lamp, solenoid valve, high pressure igniter, gas pipe, pressure regulating valve, gas flow meter (one propane and air) and signal control line.
