1. Basic introduction
The needle flame tester meets the standards of IEC 6 0695-11-5:2004, IEC60695 -11-5, GB/T5169.5-2008, GB4706.1-2005. The needle flame test is to use a needle burner of the specified size (0.9mm), with a specific gas (butane or propane), and the sample is fired at a 45° angle. The sample and the ignition mat are cited. Burning time and burning length are used to assess the fire hazard of small flames caused by fault conditions inside the equipment.
