1. Main Function
Apply for bending test of FPC; such as the bending test, bending life-span of FPC used in mobile phone, PDA, note-book, electronic dictionary and electronic products.
[Test Standard]: JIS C 6471
a. Adopt Taiwan stepper motor drive, high precision positioning, low noise, long-term use;
b. Use special power rectifier circuit to improve the long-term use ability and anti-interference of the motor and the execution components;
c. Program-controlled home position return, no need to manually position the clamp;
d. Adopt touch screen input, PLC control, stepper motor drive;
e. Parameter setting includes: bending angle, speed, number of tests, and returning the motor to the origin; automatic counting, when the sample is bent until the disconnection is unable to be energized, and the operation can be automatically stopped.
